The Vocation of the School

Christophe Millet founded the School of Breathing to let people know about the tools that enabled him to recover harmonious and spiritual health without trying to convert people.

Here is the code of ethics to which the School of Breathing adheres:

1. To practise its activity through respect of the human being, whatever the status, nationality, beliefs and race of each person.

2. To refrain from doing any political, religious or spiritual preaching.

3. To not impose life choices in any way whatsoever, but to offer a quality of life and possibilities for personal development.

4. To offer various other approaches with tolerance whilst respecting the academic and spiritual demands of yoga.

5. To guarantee professionalism and respect of individuals.

6. To foster co-operation and tolerance, both inter-human and inter-yoga.

The massage room is sound-proof and cosy. 
The practice room is silent and full of light.
(It is equipped with a wooden floor and looks out onto a terrace and garden). 
The place is calm and conducive to yoga  practice. It is also possible to practise outdoors, on the terrace, weather permitting.
 Yoga courses in La Rochelle: it is possible to stay on-site in rooms for 2 people, at a rate of 25€ per person per night.
Organic-vegetarian meals also available on-site for lunch, at 15€ per person.
You can also find accommodation at the Hotel du Manoir located 60 metres/70 yards from the Ecole du Souffle along the same avenue.
