Breath is like life itself.
It goes in and out… Educated at university and after
spending more than 10 years as head of the information system unit of a
multinational company, I came to yoga in 2005 after meeting Christophe Millet.
Sporty since my early years, I had often considered my
body and its capacities like a tool, much more than an essential partner and an
integral part of my life. One year ago,
I undertook yoga teacher training with a master, Rodolphe Milliat,
manager of the Cefyto. Today, my intention is to help people make their
body supple, concentrate and cultivate their inner space; help them discover
their unused strength and surpass themselves without injuring themselves; bring
out their ability to respect themselves better, know their own limits while
taking care of themselves; firmly root themselves on the ground, engage their
whole body in the posture, feel the right alignment, synchronise movement and
breath, gently and patiently listen to their feelings. Fluidity, accuracy and
sobriety are key notions. To find even in simple postures, the demanding search
for the perfect movement. I like the idea of doing oneself good with yoga, with
harmony that favours fluidity rather than strength. To practise with trust and
joy. Knowing our inner riches enables us, then, to evolve with ease and
well-being in life. This is what I have committed myself to do.
